Billing & questions

How am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and any applicable VAT or sales tax, and appears on your statement. You can pay by card or the methods offered at checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of your current billing period — no long-term contract. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

What counts as "multi-market" / Shopify Plus pricing?

The Shopify Plus tier is for stores running Shopify Markets or multiple storefronts — separate domains, currencies and languages. If you sell into several countries from distinct market domains, that's the Shopify Plus tier. A single-market Shopify store uses the standard pricing.

Is there a per-SKU or per-channel fee?

No. Your price is flat for your tier whether you list 2,000 or 200,000 SKUs, across as many markets as your store runs.

Do I need my own hosting or servers?

No. RocketFeed is fully hosted and managed by us. You connect your Shopify store, and we build and serve your feeds — nothing to install or maintain.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and Paddle prorates where applicable.
